MAS Wealth Management
You will acquire a specialist education in comprehensive financial consulting. The program provides in-depth practical knowledge of the following areas: finance, wealth management, pension planning, and law. This MAS program is aimed at professionals and managers in the financial sector.

Objectives and content
The MAS program is mainly aimed at participants from the following sectors and fields:
- Financial administration
- Wealth management
A qualified wealth manager meets the following profile:
- Has a clear overview of the financial situation of clients and is able to offer support for all financial matters
- Recommends effective solutions and recognizes when to call in additional specialists
- Is capable of rigorous analytical thinking
The MAS program has a modular structure. It comprises the following four elements (blocks):
- Wealth Management
- Financial Planning
- Entrepreneurial Wealth Management
Integration and practical application of the knowledge acquired in the program is ensured by means of small projects (papers) in each of the four blocks as well as a Master’s thesis.
The MAS program is characterized by methodological diversity. Methods include interactive instruction, lectures, exercises, case studies, work on practical case examples, and e-learning. In addition, great emphasis is placed on continuous reflection of the core issues of professional, academic, and career counselling and the related understanding of one’s role.
Weekly lectures/classroom sessions in Shanghai on two evenings as well as Saturday and Sunday, plus one three-week intensive course in Winterthur.
